Due to the national emergency surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak the Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine Center is closed to the public, however we continue to serve our local community in Los Angeles and beyond in California, through online consultations.
Online Consultations
Upon request of an online consultation we will contact you to schedule an appointment and process payment. Dental online consultations are not covered by insurance companies at this time. We charge a flat fee of $80 for an online consultation. We accept payment by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
In-clinic Consultations
Cash payment is accepted for all services. Our clinic accepts cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Also, we accept the following Medical insurances:
- Medi-Cal PPO
- Denti-Cal PPO
- Medicare PPO
- Blue Cross PPO
- Aetna PPO
Unfortunately, we do not accept any HMO plans.
Patients must bring insurance card in on their first appointment, along with a government issued ID.
Note: Blue Cross PPO and Aetna PPO must be in network with our provider.
